SCHOOL LEADERSHIP TEAM

The school leadership team plays an essential role in the creation of a performance-driven school system. The fundamental purpose of the school leadership team is to determine the school's educational directions -- that is, the school's overall educational vision, its goals and priorities, the strategies that will be used to achieve that vision, and the alignment of resources to accomplish those strategies.

In addition to the President of the Parents Association, the Principal and UFT Chapter Leader, the NYC VTC School Leadership Team is made up of staff, parents and students. NYC VTC students or parents who would like to join the school leadership team should contact Mr. Andrew Petralia at (1 718 918-3865) or e-mail him at [email protected]. The NYC VTC will make every effort to facilitate your attendance at the meetings by reimbursing your for car service.
