Macro Warnings from Microsoft Word
Viruses can damage and or delete all of your data files such as documents, spreadsheets, and databases. You need to take an active part in protecting our computers, in the office and at home, from damage.

Important:
  1. Make regular backups of your data
  2. Make sure that you are running Anti Virus software and that it has the latest "updates" installed.

How to save a file to your computer

Before you can use any of the documents listed here, you will need to save it to your local computer. The process of saving to your local computer is called "downloading."
  1. If you are using Internet Explorer, right click on the file you want to download.
    This will display a "context menu."
  2. Then left click "Save Target As."
  1. If you are using Netscape, right click on the file you want to download.
    This will display a "context menu."
  2. Then left click "Save Link As"
