[ProgressiveEd] Monday's virtual demonstration

While I appreciate the work that was done on this letter, while reviewing it 
and showing it to some of our staff, we thought the tone was too defensive 
and not appropriate for accompaning our request for a waiver.  On the other 
hand, the statement "Don't Throw Out the Baby with the Bath Water" seems more 
appropriate.  Could this be our cover letter.  I really don't want to 
antagonize the people who we are asking the waiver approval from.
