[ProgressiveEd] Urgent: Any waiver information

Brooklyn International is not going to submit a waiver application this year since we are included in the waiver the Performance Standards Consortium received.  We have decided to wait and see how all this plays out next year and we hope the opportunity to file a waiver will be offered again then.
