The PENNY Steering Committee met tonight and affirmed the
demonstration/delegation on Wednesday, March 26 at the Tweed Courthouse at
4:30.
It is a chance for us to introduce our varied schools more specifically to
the Chancellor. All schools should bring materials to put in a box to be
given to the Chancellor. Materials could include staff development
information, newsletters, articles about the school, student work, syllabi,
parent letters .... and more and more...... Be sure you identify the
materials as from your school. Sid Massey will provide a box for our
collection.
IF YOU CAN'T BRING A BIG DELEGATION, BRING EVIDENCE.
It was decided that Bruce would contact Tweed to explore if we can expand the
PENNY delegation to 6 for the April 10 meeting to better represent our varied
and diverse group.
It is important that as we move along it is important that we all continue to
work together. What we have accomplished so far is because we have worked
together.
NEXT STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING to plan meeting April l0 at Tweed
MONDAY, MARCH 31 6:00PM AT ANN WIENER'S , 310 RIVERSIDE DRIVE (103
ST.)
If you cannot attend, please email any issuues you would like considered to
Bruce.
