[ProgressiveEd] Updated web site

Hi, Everyone.  I updated the web site to include information about what
happened at the Rally.  I basically excerpted Carol Barton's letter.  I
hope you don't mind, Carol.  Let me know if you do.  Check it out at

Everyone, please send me materials that you think should be part of our
