[ProgressiveEd] Mayor Tightens Grip on School News

Today's NYT and Daily News contain articles indicating that the Mayor has 
placed or will place his own spokesperson in Tweed to control the flow of 
news.  (Klein's current spokesperson is 'departing,' supposedly for personal 
reasons.)  The DN suggests that the Mayor is troubled by "loose lips" at 
Tweed.  So much for the public outcry for more openness and tranparency.
