From "The Daily Roar" at South Bronx Job Corps and other individual site newsletters to STREAMS, a poetry book done in conjunction with The Waterways Project to ECHOES, CEC's newspaper and CHANGES,  CEC's poetry magazine,  publishing is at an all time high.  Our students are writing and photographing for a variety of formats and learning many skills in the process.  The written word is alive and flourishing!!
