Senior Send Off Was a Rousing Success.

Juniors put on a great show as a farewell to this year's seniors.
On Friday the 13th, of all days, a fine banquet was provided by the junior class as well as performances, certificates, and a slide show. There was a tear or two spotted in the audience when the lights came up after the final send off slide show. To see why, click here. Many thanks to Jill, Pavel, Teonilda, Raquel, Karla, Cindy R, Adriatik, Arabelis, Samantha, Latisha, Nyala, Cindy P and others for their help in planning the send off. Graduating seniors have finally wrapped up portfolios and are planning for the graduation ceremony and heading off to a variety of colleges. Students from Landmark this year are going to SUNY New Paltz, SUNY Cobleskill, Hobart College, Wheaton College, Baruch, Alfred University, Union College, Skidmore, Sarah Lawrence, SUNY Binghampton, Bronx CC, Hunter, City College, Long Island University, La Guardia CC, BMCC, DeVry, Morgan State, and Dickinson amongst others. Congratulations to all and a reminder that graduation rehearsal is at the school Monday at 9:30 and graduation is Wednesday at 10:45 at Columbia University in St. Paul's Chapel. Also, its been guaranteed by a certain source that the rumored yearbook is real and will be finished and ready for distribution before you get your diploma.
To all seniors, even after you lose the staff student softball game Friday, keep your head up and feel free to come back and come back again. These guys did. They and you are always welcome.
