Junior Institute Biology teachers present at Coalition of Essential Schools National Forum in Columbus, OH. Laura, Chris, and Eric represented Landmark and led a workshop discussing our school�s successes with our Biology curriculum. The powerpoint presentation is available as a web page here:
A great time was had by all:
Running the workshop was a great experience and in going to other workshops, we learned about what some small, progressive schools across the country are doing. We also got a chance to hear talks by Debbie Meier and Linda Darling-Hammond, two national leaders in promoting small schools like ours.
Next year�s Fall Forum in San Francisco is already highly anticipated.
