Legends Selected for Manhattan Borough Championship!

Landmark Boys Basketball Team to play A Division power Frederick Douglass Academy Friday at 6:00pm.
For the first time in Landmark history, the boys basketball team has been selected to play in the Manhattan Borough Championships. The Borough Championship is a tournament that chooses the top eight public high school basketball teams in Manhattan. To see the Borough Championship Bracket, click here.
Landmark was given the eighth seed, and will play #1 seed Frederick Douglass Academy at 6:00 on Friday. FDA was undefeated this season and won the Manhattan 1-A division.
Unfortunately, FDA does not allow student spectators at their home games, but teachers and parents are invited to cheer on the Legends at 6:00pm this Friday, January 30. FDA is located at 2581 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. (149 St / 7th Ave).
The Legends follow that up Saturday, January 31 with a much-anticipated rematch against Leadership, the only team to beat the Legends this season. This game will be at 10:00am at Basketball City.
After that, the Legends will have one more regular season game next week against Marta Valle before starting the playoffs. The PSAL B Division playoffs begin on Feb 10, the playoff bracket will be available at PSAL.ORG on Friday, Feb 6.
