To all-
As the education reporter for the West Side Spirit and Our Town -- two community papers covering the Upper East and Upper West Side -- I'm trying to write an article on testing boycotts.
I know there were tests on the 15th and there will be again on the 30th.
Is anybody in the city boycotting this year? Anybody on the Upper East or Upper West Side?
Anybody outside of PENNY?
