Dear friends,
Here's a thought.  What if all of our schools that didn't make it onto the 
list of 208 elite schools took some time at the February 26th meeting to fill 
out the applications to be exempt from math and literacy curriculum 
requirements?  Perhaps we could file the same information on each form and 
then send them in together.  What do you think?  Bruce
