[ProgressiveEd] Some rules about posting

No offense intended to anyone, but PLEASE don't post messages that are
off-topic (like anti-war stuff, etcetera).  Many of us get bombarded with
too much email as it is.  This list is for the discussion of our
progressive and alternative schools, educators and their supporters, and
the struggle we face in this current educational climate in New York
City.  Thanks!
