the only way to hold him accountable is to record every word of his promises 
and spit them back to him in either written or taped format.  lawyer and 
corporate style.  minutes from every meeting where he makes promises --  
and/or 
a press release written to all the press regarding his lack of interest in 
what the parents and educators say.  
he is trying to create from the top down, as we all know, and our education 
system has grown from the bottom up, grassroots seeding grasses, flowers, trees 
and branches.  What he seems to be doing is like trying to make a blossom 
with no stem.  argh.
