[ProgressiveEd] Seeking copies of tests

Why consider only 4th grade tests in evaluating "rising scores" 
regarding the effectiveness of smaller class size? Maybe its more long 
term. Your research could drastically change if you evaluated scores 
beyond even Middle School.
There is so much to consider in the "assessment" of smaller schools as 
it takes just a few children (ie. ESL or Special Needs) to greatly 
impact testing.
