March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb, but this winter�s weather seems to have been represented by the whole zoo! Scholarships for Academic Excellence � The New York State Education Department has issued a memorandum indicating that, pending the appropriation of State funds during 2002 session of the New York State Legislation, 8,000 Scholarships for Academic Excellence will be awarded. There will be 2,000 scholarships with a value of $1,500 each and 6,000 scholarships valued at $500 each.
